  • 24 - hour on call availability from 38 weeks until birth

Personalized and professional support for the whole family to help adjust to life with a newborn.

Daytime Postpartum Support
Hours: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
3 hour minimum per visit

Early Morning Postpartum Support​
Hours: 5:00 am - 8:00 am

Overnight Postpartum Support 
Hours: 9:00 pm - 7:00 am 
8 hour minimum per visit

Postpartum doula support can include: 

  • Education for parents and siblings on newborn care tasks such as bathing, diaper changes, and burping

  • Tips and tricks for soothing and comforting a baby

  • Support with breastfeeding, bottle feeding and/or pumping

  • Provide infant care while parent(s) spend time with older children, rest, or focus on self-care

  • Provide sibling support while parent(s) bond with baby, rest, or focus on self-care

  • Assist with light housekeeping 

  • Babywearing education 

  • Help connecting to a wide variety of support services
